the movie had all the perfect actors in it. the scenes were beautifully filmed. however, they kept the characters but changed the story. they could have filmed it, kept the name "Sweet Thursday" which it is based on anyway, and had a perfect movie. Sweet Thursday is a sweet poignant story. I liked the movie but it needed to be made like Steinbeck wrote it
