I watched this on prime video on New Year’s Day with a friend. We both were riveted to the story and it ended with us both feeling we had just seen a wonderful film. Frankly I can’t believe the reviews from the professional critics. I know my friend feels the same since he way laying on the couch and usually falls asleep but with The Goldfinch his eyes didn’t close once.

I have watched the first two seasons over the course of two days. I have enjoyed every moment and can’t wait for the current season to be available on prime without paying. All I can say is that Masterpiece is unrivaled in the quality of their productions.
