I'm from Boston - I think Mark O'Brien did a fantastic job as Jimmy Ryan. The accent, the twitch, the walk, the mannerisms - spot on.
Not bad for a Canadian ;-)
Some of the accents were thick, but I have heard thicker in real life.
Love the show - and I love that a lot of it is actually filmed in Boston - many of the scenes are shot in the real Suffolk County Courthouse.
