I had the pleasure of viewing Godzilla vs. Kong today. I must say, Tom Holkenborg did an excellent job on the film's score. It truly carried the full weight of action and bone-chilling tension that the film holds. Erik Aadahl and his sound department did a superb job as well. To create such fear-invoking effects is a talent within itself. While a few meaningless scenes and sub-plot was present, this does not reflect the film's overall creativity, and should not block one's ability to have a wondrous experience. This is a film in which you can only appreciate its true beauty and hard work within theaters. I am very impressed with the film's overall artistic qualities.
