After 262 hours I was banned for cheating because I made too many new characters too quickly. I wanted to see what other servers looked like before using my one time use transfer token. This flagged me as a bot and an automated permaban was issued. It has been 5 days and AGS has not replied to my web ticket. Steam refuses to issue a refund because I am outside the return window. Amazon refuses to refund any digital purchase. I have paid 40 dollars for a game I am no longer to play due to an issue with an automated system. This game is a money grab.
