Where was Jodha Begam? Why rajputana begams were shown as feeble character? Rukaiya Begam was a wicked woman but in the series you tried to portray her a bit nicely. Mugals only knew how to capture someone's state. They should be shown more cruel. And what about "Anarkali". Salim also falls in love with her too. I don't consider this to a be an effective subject on which you created series.
