Beautiful movie except for a few technical aspects. Theme of the movie is heart-touching as the lead actor Kriti Sanon has played to the best. Pankaj Tripathi, Sai Tamhankar, Evelyn Edwards and Manoj have all played nice to their respective roles. Laxman Utekar being a rising director deserves appreciation!

I am not an Indian, nor I can speak Hindi well. However I understand Hindi, and I have watched numerous cinemas in Hindi that are Bollywood products. I watched the movies by Satyajit Ray, Shyam Benegal, Basu Chatterjee, Mrinal Sen, Govinda Nihalani and many more box office hit movies, and I never knew there are other directors also in India who can create such movies as well. Congratulations to Rituparno Ghosh for having directed this movie. Aishwarya, Ajay, Annu, Surekha, Mouli and Sameer have really played live. It's just a great movie that finishes with a few acts.

This is my one of the best movies I ever watched. What a fabulous plot. Though it is loosely based on the Indian national champion wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, it has been able to present the actual situation of sports in the country. Aamir khan being a senior star actor has played his role the best. But I will appreciate the new comer actors Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanya Malhotra, Zaira Wasim for the roles they played. The last 45 minutes of the movie is really mind blowing the way director has presented. I think this type of plot is hard to convert into thriller but Dangal has made it possible.
