Found Detectorists while I was searching through Netflix to find something to watch, and what a great catch it was. I feel incredibly lucky that I pushed the button on that day and I selected to watch it among many others. Since then, I watched the series 5 times, and the number will grow. Every shot in the nature is so pure, calming and artistic that I like to print it and hang it on the wall. Characters are so real, and the way they handle ups and downs in daily life is without an overstated pessimistic or optimistic perspective. And the true love between Andy and Becky is so against all the cliches, a real love depicted in such a way that you can feel it with heart and soul by just watching it.
