I really wanted to like this, not a fan of American blockbuster films but....a lot of things made no sense, there is really no dialogue, I kept fast forwarding....just, unfortunately, nonsensical and boring.

Fantastic documentary, disgusting dirty cop Michael Dowd....I was so angry he only got 12 years....he is still obviously proud of all he got away with. They should have thrown the book at him. He is a true sociopath with a badge. And so many cops, internal affairs, feds, knew about him but what were they waiting for? Thank God for the Suffolk police. Just finished it 5 minutes ago so kind of worked up, but it is a great documentary that could only have been made in NYC.
