I took recently the author's Entertainment Finance class at UCLA. Fantastic class btw. This was our textbook. It is so much more than that. The book goes into much detail about how to go about structuring a solid financial plan, how to get distribution, what pitfalls to avoid, how to protect investors, and IP.s and so much more. Very well structured book, with a logical flow. It is actually fun to read because the author is not shy about sharing her own mistakes and some funny stories.
