I am from Texas and I resent that one of the topics in this program was the inhuman treatment of the Haitians illegally crossing the border. The photographer has stated that the picture showing a whipping of a immigrant was not the case at all. The reins were being used to pull the horse away from the person charging the horse. Our law enforcement on the border do not need negative comments.
