Loved it. I was used to the Terrance Hill of those old 70s spaghetti westerns. Those were just silly, though fun. In this film Terrance shows that he become a very capable actor. He's also a good director (he co-directed the film).
This movie mixes so many flavors; of light-heartedness, light humor, a touch of seriousness, some romance, and good character roles. Each character was distinct, but all of them develop through the film in ways that draw you into them and made you like them. I couldn't help but feel like all the actors wanted to draw viewers into the story.
This movie was originally done as a miniseries in Italy, and I think the series can be liked to the old American series Gunsmoke.
Well done Mr Hill, and likewise to the whole cast and crew.
