This is an absolutely amazing documentary that reveals what military special forces have to go through in or order to stand as guardians for the public....especially when it comes to the best - the seals.This documentary also provides us with an insight into the period of training what the seals regard as 'a lifetime of challenges crammed into six months'..so watching this documentary can be a great learning experience too.
