i've watched Homes Under The Hammer for over a decade. I think it;s a shame that the programme is now being presented by an ex footballer with very little knowledge of the subject .I don't think it;s the same since Lucy left , she is a great presenter & also a genuine property expert .Martin is also a genuine property developer & great presenter , haven't made my mind up about Martel yet, she's good but not quite Lucy.still really enjoy the programme though .
