The most awful game I may have ever played. I was a top 100 on H2H leaderboards last year and thought that was a bad game but this has me now writing reviews online while I am waiting to see if I will get a refund from Microsoft. Ea's Customer support is a joke, I'd rather talk to AT&T. Want to play online? Be prepared to play against the same formations over and over again as the meta relays on glitched mechanics and AI. Don't want to do that? Well there's franchise but wait! Theres more! When you play and win your game, the game glitches and gives you a loss, can't even win the super bowl. Football concepts are not a existent, at least have the MOR (Must Outside Release) concept and the ability when you play man coverage when receivers switch, your cb/ss/fs have the ability to switch too. Zones coverage are non existent and unrealistic, overall just horrible game. Save your money and buy a good game. This is straight trash.
