I am obsessed with star wars and padme amidala so this book was absolutely amazing. I love how you actually get to know padme and each of her handmaidens, not just as an efficient team, but as individuals

The music was really good, I think that having idina menzel as the stepmother was a perfect move. The love story was kind of stupid and I wish that they didn't rewrite the classic Cinderella like that. I also did not like the fact that the fabulous godmother was really a male, even if he was the fabulous godfather would have been cool but not as a "trans" or whatever. Also, I didn't like the ending part where ella was like "we don't need labels on our relationship".
But "Million to One" and Dream Girl" were some of the most gorgeous songs I've ever heard

This movie was so cringe me my siblings couldn't even finish watching it. Then got it again and watched the whole thing and we were flinching the entire time
