Movie prompted me to read the book. Science fiction. Had a nagging suspicion that the Laing character is a visiting or hiding alien, resting from some transcending conflict, toying with the social construct- on vacation in a projected reality- our reality. Wonderful and courageous performances on a difficult piece. Sienna Miller is superb.

Girl power moving through uncharted territory- Britt and Candy, the remnant motif- this movie is not for haters and prudes. Understanding women is not as easy as it looks.
