Not helpful for any bibical christains. We know through the scriptures that Gods Word is sufficient for all of lifes problems. Having read books and gone to years of councillors for 10years having my last session was the end.....there is a use by date on talking about yourself, especially for those around you. 10 years of just talking about yourself, how self indulgent and selfish.
