It’s cute for what it is, don’t come in with high expectations though. If you like 2000’s flash games this would be your jam. But I have several problems, first is that there is that the graphics are not the best, the background is so flat and empty. When I walk into a building I expect to see NPCs around me and interacting with the world, not in this game. The buildings are flat, and there isn’t any depth to the world. When. I go to the arcade it’s empty, you can’t even touch the arcade games to make them light up for some immersion. Also I shouldn’t be able to walk through trees and bushes. To describe the world as flat is a understatement. Next is the glitches, the clock will bug out and jump up and down the screen, when I’m holding a cat and I start to run the cat shouldn’t be able to glitch through my hands. Another glitch is when I play with my animals they don’t behave naturally, they glitch and roll around on the floor and act possessed that’s it, that’s how you “play” with them. And my final gripe with the game is there isn’t much to do, I’ve been asking for quest from the townspeople for days now and they have nothing to give me. And since that’s all you can do in the game is wait around for quest, you can bake things, and pet animals which is also glitchy I shouldn’t be able to put my hand through my cat but really that’s it. If you don’t have quest stacked up you don’t have anything to do with your day except buy clothes and furniture. You can’t go into characters houses, you can swim (in flat glitchy water) you can go to the spa (it’s flat and has nothing to do except sit in a puddle.) the arcade is empty, you can’t feed or bathe your animals, you can’t date characters in the town, there is almost nothing to do. Please give me something to do, please fix these glitches, make the world richer and with more depth, and make pets and buildings more interactive. And please make the graphics look more like the cover art. But if you just want a casual quick game session and don’t want to think to hard then it’s worth a look at.
