Definitely a book for runners! Enjoyed the read and given I hope to run a marathon one day, it has reaffirmed my dream. My only negative criticism is that the language used in the book is a tad high-brow for my liking, many words that I not only didn't understand but had never heard before so given the target audience of runners and would-be runners, they may find that a little annoying as I did. Note the author is a literary major, hence the language.
