the book help me understood the way African used to live before the coming of the so-called modernization or civilization in the third world. it makes me understood how African valued and uphold their culture, through this book i can also learn that Africans were living in a true reciprocal way, they used to helped one another, collectivism and communism was the order of the in then African society African were non materialistic minded, instead materials were a burden to them. Before the coming of the western people or colonization in Africa, Africans had their own system of education different from the conventional system of education. through this book i can also learn that colonization is still on the process, it's still happening not through war but through the mind, which the book called the colonization of the mind. these are some of things i learned in this book.
