So far, I'm not really impressed. The vast majority of the changes have made no sense, added nothing to the story, and feel forced. The effects are extremely lackluster from what I assumed they would be. The channeling looks like cheap TV effects. The acting seems okay enough, but the script is atrocious. I love the source material, so I am going to stick it out for a bit, but if things continue this way I will find something else to watch.
