The best thing about this drama is that it has a lot of interesting surgeries. Lee Jung Suk has done a great job! The second lead of this drama is also very well developed. Love the second female lead as well. But I don't like the main female lead for some reason. I could see through her acting and they didn't seem real enough for me. I think the second female lead did a good job compared to her. I thought that was because deep down I wanted Dr. Oh and Dr. Park to end up together. But no. Other dramas that main female lead acted in made me feel the same. The plot is actually messed up. I don't understand why the prime minister of the South works with the North and wants to use Dr. Hoon to do the surgery because he can get it done through any other doctor with good performance if he could threaten them as he wished. He didn't have to involve those agents from he North in this. Also, it doesn't seem real how Jae hee always ends up falling off the bridges after being shot. It doesn't make any sense. Does getting shot makes you jump up and fall? There were few other plot holes as well that makes you feel like the whole thing is so fake. Another thing is that female doctor wear very high heals in this drama. Though all of them look so pretty, I don't thing its possible for doctors to wear very high heals all the time given they have to walk around so much. But overall, It was a good drama. The surgery room scenes are very well done.
