It was… something. Chemistry between the FL & ML felt forced, Did not do the original justice. The FL had way better chemistry w/ the SML, pace of the story and relationship was horrible overall, unnecessary long plot lines w/ relatives for some odd reason, + many more that made the story sadly what it became. It honestly could’ve ended up like the original if they had a redemption arc for the villain and if the FL fell in love with the CEO instead, just like the original. The cop could’ve been used as a helpful friend rather than an unnecessary love interest. Honestly was highly disappointed with the writer and director of this production. The “tragedy” of this drama proves writers don’t have what it takes today to remake classics or spin offs.

The show is honestly too vague. You don’t really get anywhere with the episodes, so for now I’ll just hold off on watching it. It makes you feel unsatisfied after every episode and then you think that you’ll finally get somewhere, but nothing gets addressed and is just dragged on.

A great series honestly. It keeps you wrapped into wanting to know the reason behind the whole thing, yet it’s kept as a mystery from the viewers like how it was in bird box when there was no reasoning and just a because of a mysterious being. It definitely adds thrill and maybe there could be a reasoning a later on. Some may not like it, but you do need to keep an open mind when dealing with series/films; not everything is straight forward.
