i have been reading this book since March 2019 and i have got a good insight of community development. I agree with my Mindset Mentor Bp.Titus Masika that we in Africa are still much dependent on mwolyo because it's our own mindset that without relief, there can't be development. I encourage everyone who is keen on community development to read this great book.
