I personally couldn’t finish the book. I tried super hard to like it I really did but it wasn’t for me. The way it was written was nice and I can definitely tell the author is amazing, but in my opinion the same thing just kept happening over and over and over again. The plot seemed kinda boring and drawn out. It wasn’t the darkness of the book more or less the cringe the mfc gave me. She was very 2d and didn’t really change at all. She was okay with just being used and did nothing at all. It was a good book but it just wasn’t for me

This book was amazing now I won’t lie I had to skip a few chapters because in my eyes they held no meaning( the flashback chapters) you can definitely read them if you want but it wasn’t for me so I just skipped over them. I finished this book in less than 24 hours and I loved it so much. It almost got a little to much for me with all the mental manipulation that was going on in this book, but the fact that I could feel the emotions was absolutely unreal. It was an absolutely incredible read and I wish I could read it for the first time again.
