I cried everytime reading this. This book is truly amazing for any mature audience. The book teaches you so much about the perspective of life and death and just the book in all was so real and I felt like I was living it. Spoilers Ahead This book was amazing. I was very heartbroken in the end where Sam dies because it's just not a cliche ending, but that makes it so much better and meaningful. I'm huge fan of love so Kent and Sam made me super happy, and again I'm so sad about her last death because I don't think Kent will handle it well. For Lauren's first novel, it was outstanding. I do advise more mature audiences watch this because a lot of cursing and sex talk is involved so maybe 14+? But I highly advise everyone to read it, it's a experience worth taking.

Sooooo....I actually loved this book. Everyone, and I mean everyone will have different opinions on this book, but if you are somewhat like me and enjoy a nice dystopian with a lil romance I recommend this whole series. It was this book that actually kicked me out of the "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" and "Dork Diaries" section into the Young Adult section (and I was slow on that, like I read kids books for a whiiiiile). Usually, I would read these types of books and just get bored of it and stop reading, but this one just kept me going! I personally am a SUPER slow reader, and I finished the darn series in 2 weeks (that's INCREDIBLY short when it comes to me). All I am saying is, try it. Not everyone will love it like me but not everyone will hate it. Fyi, if you liked this book then I highly recommend Delirium. Delirium is a world like this one except instead of turning pretty at 16, love is taken out of your head. Love is known as a disease. I very highly recommend! And remember, TRY THE BOOK AND DON'T BE PICKY LIKE ME!
