I would highly advise not to use All My Sons... They charged me double the quote price, had no notes that I told them in my profile, and we’re extremely unprofessional. I went with a pro moving company because I could not be there that day, and they reassured me everything would be what I asked for. I called 3 times to make sure my notes were in my profile (That I would not be there in person, limit the hours to 2, do NOT use packing material). However, I was blindsided when I had one of the movers calling me asking for me to pay, the payment request was Double what they quoted me, they used packing materials, and went way over the hours I requested. Whenever I called to clear all this up and ask for them to read the notes in my profile, Matt told me that the notes only said I was not going to be there and there was another point of contact. Sammy has called me and I asked him multiple times for the notes, he reassured me that he put them in there. Whenever I asked Matt if we could call his boss or Sammy to clarify, he said he could not. Luckily I had sent an email to the company with all this info in it, so he took a little off, but I overplayed the original request by $300. Then I received an email the next day saying that I owed them more... After I responded no one has gotten back to me. The communication from this company was horrible and unprofessional. In My experience they operate by blindsiding you and avoiding communication.
