It must be American humour because I find this show dire in the extreme. I have finally decided to say something when I see two of these idiots pretending to be disabled (very crass IMO) and riding around on a motorised wheelchair. They do things like ask for directions or where they can find a taxi. Then drive off as the person is trying to help them. Of course the person doesn't challenge their rudeness as they believe they are handicapped and who harangues a handicapped person.
