It was one of my big favorites for the first 3 seasons. Then, 4th season came and it was pretty average. I still gave the show a benefit of the doubt for the 5th season and honestly, I'm just sad that such great actors have to play through such terrible writing. The 5th season is completely disconnected, has too much irrelevant filler content, and is just repeating the same things they already did in previous seasons. Almost the whole first part of season 5 has been in some way copied from their previous episodes. Who has seen the show several times will definitely notice those connections. They are just repeating their content. Really sad because it was such a great show at the beginning but now, it has lost its charm. Ellis, German, and all the other actors are absolutely amazing as always but the plot lacks in every possible way.
