My husband and I selected this movie because of Paul Rudd. Turns out that he is not a main character but cited a significant lesson. This is movie truly moved me: it touches on the grittiness of teenage coming of age, true friendship, sexuality, abuse and mental illness. I laughed and cried. This story and its characters will pull you in. A nice touch was seeing Joan Kusak towards the end. Emma Watson was great, Charlie and Patrick were endearing and provoking; it was a fantastic cast who each did an excellent job. I was sad when it ended.
