Film-Piku Director-Shoojit Sorkar Cast-Amitabh Bachan, Irrfan Khan, Deepika Padukone A beautiful and soothing story. Three characters in this film has their own distinct flavour. The three main character in Dipika Padukone as PIKU, Amitabh Bachan as piku’s father Bhaskor and Irrfan Khan as Rana. The story reels off a father daughter relationship and their unspoken love to each other. Story- Piku is delightful, irritating, independent daughter. Architect Piku Benerjee is only chiled of 70 year Bhashkor Benerjee who obsessed about his health. Who has constipation problem. Suddenly he wants to visit Kolkata but insist on travelling from Delhi via road. Rana , who have his won family problem he will drives them to Kolkata, and he sandwiched between the father and daughter argument. Jishu sengupto and Moushomi Chatterjee have also played very important roles. Review- The director of this film choosing the finest actors in the industry. This movie remind us of why Amitabh Bachan is Amitabh Bachan. His acting was so real . His expression was so cute. This movie would not have been so successful without Deepika and irrfan. Their dialogue delivery, emotion, look impression were so real and touches your heart . Another best thing of this movie is absent of song and dance sequence,The song played only background and that is so beautiful and refreshing. It is a refreshing story and a very different genre. It is a wroth watch movie.

Film-Mardani 2 Director-Gopi Puthran U/A-Action,Crime,Drama Cast-Rani Mukherji,Visal Jethwa, Mardani 2, A movie which shows us heartbreaking facts about rapes in our country.The first we read is not the opening titles,but an information that says that more than 3000 raps in India are committed by boys under the age of 18 every year. Story- In this film the top cop Shivani Shivaji Roy(Rani Mukherji) is up against a ruthless young serial killer who also rapes young women before savagely murdering them an in this investigation she faces many other problems because she is a lady police officer. Review –Rani Mukherji once again steals our heart by her measured and heart touching act. She is as ferocious as she was in the first part of this film. Two of her outstanding scenes here are the one where she appears for a live TV TALK show and at the climax , the very end after she had the villain beaten up.These scene gives you Goosebumps and unknowingly a smile will come to your face. The villain “SUNNY”(VISHAL JETHWA) is the another attraction of this film with his excellent body language and facial expression. Yes you will HATE him for the role this man is portraying but also you will love him for his mind-blowing acting.He is an amazing actor. He dominates this film.it is not easy to deliver such a confident performance especially when it is your first debut film. Every actor and actress has acted very well in this movie. And the other best thing in this movie is there are no songs to divert your mood and the anger one develops from the entire script. My ratting for this film- 4.5/5
