I simply loved the show. Well don't blame me but I have always felt that the geeky nerdy section of the society never really get the representation they deserve in movies and TV series leading most people to believe that they don't lead a "L I F E" life per se, or maybe it's just drab and uncool sort of a thing. Which it isn't. So I thank TBBT for picturing us the way we are, bringing out our bright side and getting some people (hopefully) to not be embarrassed for loving science more than anything-that's-not-science.
Okay that was me being partial and emotional.
The storyline is good. Rather stretchy at some parts. Some stereotypes have been greatly exaggerated to get the series some good punchlines at the cost of the characters and and the sort of person/personality he/she represents. Anyway, it is a good series and worth a try. I would have said it's family friendly but the first few seasons are so full of coitus talks that it's rather annoying at times.
The personality development of the characters as the show carries forward is great tbt. I suppose the entire series is available now on CBS something. Or Blu-ray. I'll have to check.
