This is not a historical representation or documentary... stop crying about it, it even says at the beginning of each show. It is however, witty and the humor is dark. Some places were a little to much. But for a time piece the crudeness was appropriate for that era. I absolutely love this series. Some of the greatest lines ever. The ability to pull off drama and comedy Is pulled off in this. I can’t wait for next season.
