A beautifully rendered survival game with apparently a very complex procedural generation algorithm. It is pretty tough to believe these are randomly created islands. Graphics are nice and clear, the style is spot on and there is very rarely a moment where there is little to do.

I am an older person and a Disney purist fan who grew up on the original. All I can say is, if you are a fan of the original and you don't like this film, then it is because you had no intention of liking it in the first place. Ignore the critics. Go see it for yourself. It is magical.
