A movie based on true story. 12 kids and their football coach get trapped inside a flooded cave.
Rescue teams come from across the world to save the 13 lives. Sayombhu Mukdeerprom has given us amazing visuals. The flood, the cave and the beautiful landscapes of Thailand in heavy rain is shown real well.
The screenplay follows the same as that of other survival movies. But what makes this movie different is that humanity is shown in good light.
A understanding governor who tells that if the missions fails it is on him. Divers from England who are very supportive, a person from Bangkok who parallelly works with villagers to divert sinkholes flooding the cave and the best were the farmers who allowed their crops to be destroyed in diverting the floodwater to save the 13 lives.
Movie is little lengthy and it keeps you guessing about what will happen next. Not much to do for the lead actors in terms of acting as they are mostly in diving suits.
Must watch if you love such thrilling survival films.
