Don't read my review if you still haven't watched it because I have mentioned how it ends. I loved this series for so many reasons and was totally addicted to it. I liked how each character was well thought out, not just the leading actors. But I think the programme makers got the pace wrong. In parts it was very very slow like nothing happening and then all of a sudden BAM! it was finished. And so much opportunity was missed to finish it properly. Instead of saying 'Three months later' and it's a wedding ... there was so much more they could have done. They could have shown Burak really struggling, his parents starting to hear about what's happening to their son. His parents starting to realise that all the good changes in their son was due to Asli, Burak and Gani could have come together in a scene where instead of fighting eachother, Burak rescues Gani from something and Calga realises her soulmate is Gani not Burak and is grateful for Burak saving Gani. What about the relationship of Mr Halil and Asli's mother. So much potential. All lost. I watched it for so long and was very disappointed with the end.

Some really great actors, trying really hard. But it's sooooo frustrating the lack of build up and interaction between the two lead characters. Are they really in love? I don't think so. There was no hint of it. Then boom! At the end a dreadful reveal, absolutely ridiculous. I'm sorry to whoever put this together. But this is how I feel. You had all these great people working hard - somebody should have realised you'd kill the film with that plot twist! And now it's ruined other Jamie Dornan films for me!
