I like the show but am watching the second visit to asylum 49. ummm have been a nurse for 30 years and worked in multiple settings in different states. Deaths always go in threes. No matter where I worked they happened in threes. And several places had the man in Black or children sitings before deaths. In one it was the resident cat who foretold the death. While I am not saying there isn't something there I am saying that nurse failed to tell Zac that this is typical in healthcare.
