Soooo I remember seeing a snippet advertising La Brea and I was like sweeet! It hits my “bases”, The quick adaptation from a phenomenal event into survival and exploration, cool monsters, epic landscapes, etc, etc, all wrapped up in mysterious paranormal trappings. I was peeved to say the least where being eight minutes into the show I found it to be an irritating iteration of “lost”. Unrepentantly stale in visual effects with an atrocious script, delivered by actors who do not for one second believe anything that they wish to portray. I could go on. But, I’ve grown weary of speaking about this insulting production that somehow made it to air.
