This is the rock/doc 'they' don't want you to see... People that don't understand Grunge dismiss the Seattle scene as a fad, a quirk, or an illusion. It is dismissed the same way the rich and powerful silence any revolution. It was commercialized and politicized. That scene was f***ing amazing. 'They' say that Seattle magic can't be replicated, but I say it can and it will happen again -- the human spirit demands it. So much of society is a mind-numbing coercion into servitude. The people will make their voices heard, in all their ambivalent glory! And REMEMBER COBAIN will be the battle cry! ... and then some schmuck will give the movement a name, place it in a category, and future generations will largely ignore it.
