Well researched and well written. The greatest drawback of the book is that there is no single picture of the Mahanayak in the book. Some very small low quality prints of internet downloaded pictures are there which makes the look n feel of the book totally unattractive Even the old Bengali books on Uttam Kumar are loaded with pictures of him. I think the author should have taken the initiative to incorporate pictures.
