Jerry “ABC” Abcede

I just watched up to episode 5 and OH MY GOSH. This show is great! Its fun, love the pacing. I was concerned at first about the animation but man.. these stories are fantastic and some scenes look wonderful. I love the Xmen, and this show is just *chefs kiss* so far. I was excited to see my boy Kurt too. Edit - finally finished it and i believe it was perfection. I will always be fan of the Xmen

Loved the leads. But I got to say Theo has so much swag and charisma!

I absolutely enjoyed this show. Its far from perfect (the writing, alot of exposition, etc). But, I felt connected and fond of the actors and the characters they portrayed. Im a big fan of the original show and I found myself tearing up at certain parts during this show. It really brought some nostalgic feelings. The CGI can be wonky, especially when it’s Aang “floating” around but I thought the animals and creatures were very well animated. It did not take away from my experience. I gave this show more grace, I dont expect anything to be better as the original! Thus, I enjoyed it with an open mind.. thats something I couldnt even do with the movie 🙄.

Of course it’s not better than the books but still enjoyable kid’s show. Think it needs more work immersing the viewer into it’s world tbh. I do enjoy watching the 3 main actors and my boy, Luke.

My goodness, I cannot explain how much I love this movie. What beautiful themes it has. The pacing can be very similar to Scott Pilgrim Vs The World. Please do yourself a favor and watch it. Loveable, likeable characters. Off the wall humour. A movie that doesnt fit into just one genre. Tho at its core, a family drama.

I honestly can’t say which movie I liked more, the first or this. I love the first, its a masterpiece. I also love this, it has great moments and a good story and I am already invested in the characters since the first movie. Its a much watch if youre a fan of the first or Spiderman as a whole. An original story with great music and breathtaking animation. I would love to say more but dont want to spoil anything especially the ending. Go watch it!

The amount of heart this movie brought is worth the watch. These characters are just so loveable and James and the actors got it right. Best out of the trilogy, hands down.
