The whole "shaking the tree" piece was stupid and is not realistic in most gospel choirs. Don't say "I want a multi ethnic choir" and turn around and criticize them for not being able to "keep up" with your style of music having gave them only a few days to learn it. It reminds me of why I left the Baptist Church. Wishy washy BS.
