Did not read the whole book since I found some of the chapters not too relevant to my purpose. However, I read 13 chapters of it, and I could say that it is amazing.
I tend to dislike books that use difficult and fancy scientific terms when explaining their logic, it gets hard for me to understand them. But in this book, I did not face that challenge, it was too easy to read and grasp the information Dr. Gentry was sharing, considering that I am not even a native English speaker.
Even though I read only 13 of the 25 chapters, I now feel like an expert in anger management, thanks to the massive, organized, well-communicated, and well-explained ideas in the book.
The book includes some anecdotes, scientific facts, and different pieces of advice for the reader, which does not make you feel bored when you are reading it.
I highly recommend this book for everyone who would like to understand the process of anger and explore the best ways to cope with their anger, and also expressing it.
