This game has a myriad of technical issues. Poor framerates, crashes to desktop and bugs, bugs, bugs. However, when the game is actually running properly it's actually quite fun. It's fun to smash things as the Hulk, fly around and blow things up as Iron Man, and to bash people in the face with your shield as Captain America. The monetization is not as bad as the Youtubers out there and making it out to be. Each hero in the base game comes with a free battle pass. The credits earned from those battle passes can be used to unlock premium battle passes that will come with new heroes in the future. So, with enough patience, you can earn pretty much every cosmetic item in the game. The game's story/campaign wasn't anything special and to be quite frank, I found Ms. Marvel to be quite annoying. Her powers and kit are great but her fangirl personality wore thin quite quickly. The biggest blow to this game and my enjoyment of it besides the technical issues is simply this: Spider-Man is a Playstation exclusive despite the fact that Sony does not own the rights to Spider-Man video games. If you don't believe me on that...you're literally on Google right now. Look it up. I digress, if you own the X-Box or PC version of this game, then you're not getting the full game. Don't buy this game until the technical issues are fixed and Spider-Man is on all versions of this game.
