There was too much going on. The beginning of the movie was disappointing, but the ending was decent: that’s because we got to see Michael Keaton for more than a minute. I wish they had picked one plot line and stuck with it, instead of trying to make all the plot lines merge.

The Batman is a fantastic film. The style of the movie was unique compared to others within the Batman franchise. Pattinson does an excellent job a frightening hero from the shadows while also being the recluse Bruce Wayne. The Riddler was a great villain choice for this movie. The only critique I have for this film would be the lack of "fun" the villain had. If you look at the first Batman movie, the Joker was the life of the party. He was dancing to music and having a great time still being the cynical villain he needs to be. Giving a little light humor still gives off a dark atmosphere, but makes the movie a little more interesting.

A fantastic Christmas Special to watch with the family. It's certainly a Christmas tradition for my family to watch "A Year Without A Santa Claus" .
