Spoilers***** I had absolutely no expectations whatsoever. I loved the time when everything Marvel made was gold. Unfortunately they have fallen off quite a bit. Falcon being Captain America was hard to accept but I gave it chance. While Mackie was a good actor I just can’t see him as Captain America. Every time they referred to him as Cap, I was reminded that he was not Captain America. The character belongs to Chris Evans who played Steve Rogers so well. This isn’t a blow to Mackie as a superhero just not Captain America. Also I took issue with the fight scenes. Mackie was stabbed, pummeled by Red Hulk, tossed all over and had huge rubble from an explosion dropped on him as a human with gadgets and no super solider serum. I think even for Marvel that is stretching it. The movie isn’t bad but the Red Hulk was a beast and Mackie successfully took him on and flew on missiles and disarmed them. As a Hulk fan I just can’t believe it. Red Hulk or Not. I wasn’t won over by his new side kick falcon 2.0. I would like to Mackie in another superhero role just maybe not as Captain America. I guess I just spent too many years watching that be Steve Rogers. Blame it on Marvel for making us love him so much he hard to replace.

This show is amazing and I still rewatch it.

This movie was a solid movie. However if it is compared to the original I think you’ll be disappointed. The original captured our hearts in a different way. This live action movie had things I liked and things I didn’t. Some camera underwater water shots were jumpy and almost makes you dizzy. I loved Halle’s voice. She has an amazing voice and I think she did well. Though I wasn’t crazy about the under the sea add in. Melissa as Ursula did well. Prince Eric had a song which I personally think could have been scrapped. While it may have been a good song to listen too it failed in what it looked like on screen. It was just weird facial expressions and poorly timed running and trying to look as though the song meant a lot. I don’t want to give it all away but there some significant changes and some were good and others just weren’t. The ending was good. Won’t spoil that. As a whole it was a good NEW movie.

I enjoyed the humor in this movie and the overall story. There was some dialogue that could have been left out as it did not add anything to the movie or the characters. I think it was a solid movie movie. It wasn’t in my opinion as good as Thor Ragnarok but it was still worth watching. Ragnarok was just an amazing movie where everything about it just worked.

Wow, this was terrible and I wish I could get back that hour and 34 minutes of my life.

I loved it. It was a crazy story but I loved it.

I thought the movie had a slow start. The sex scene was completely unnecessary and ill placed. The story line itself was not bad but it wasn’t as good as most other marvel movies. The eternal characters did have a few scenes that did display a tone of trying too hard to be funny. Also unfortunately this movie did fall victim to the whole woke movement. Having said all that I still plan to see where this story will go for a little longer.

I loved this movie. I am a huge Fan of the Terminator movies. I have seen them all. I didn’t care for Terminator Salvation or Terminator Genysis at all. I think they got it right with this one.
