Very boring and painfully slow. (spoil alert) Very depressing as you see a very old decrepit Clooney with some life threatening disease moping around by himself on Earth drinking whiskey. Hard to follow that Augustine (Clooney) is the same person as the protagonist. Not believable in any part of the film. Clooney would have died of frostbite after falling through the ice in the Artic and yet survived a blinding walk to the other observatory without aid to navigation. In the end, two of the 4 remaining crew members decide to abandon ship and leave the other two to navigate all the way back to the other livable planet. Terrible, terrible film...
