Jumper was amazing. People who dislike it really don't realize how realistic it was. Shows like Impulse (based off the same book series) are very unrealistic. If someone had those powers they would rob a bank. That's realistic. Everything about David's lifestyle was pretty much what a kid that age would do with such powers. Impulse has been modified so heavily for drama the main character acts borderline retarded and everything she does is somehow dumber than the last. A great example of how unrealistic it is is when she opens a bag full of thousands of dollars, and doesn't even think anything of the cash. She reaches for some papers, and acts like the bag is just full of Monopoly money or something. NOPE. No human on this planet would react that way to all that money. So much waste potential on what could have been a show about David Rice's daughter, as it was supposed to be.
