My hubs and I love the show, lots of great recipes. But...why does everything have onions and garlic...I am allergic to both and am at times unsure what to use as alternatives.
Also, what is the best rule of thumb in converting a long/low/slow oven recipe (my moms stew) to a slow cooker?
Last....love the hosts, u have a great rapport. My only concern is Sunny seems to be constantly talking. Let guests and other hosts have their segments on the show.
